Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
By letter dated November 8, 2019, Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation (the “Company”) was notified by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) that the Staff had determined to delist the Company’s warrants, which are trading under the ticker symbol “GTECW,” from the Nasdaq Capital Market due to the Company’s non-compliance with the minimum 400 Round Lot Holder requirement for initial listing as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5515(a)(4). Unless the Company timely requests a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, the suspension in trading of the Company’s warrants on the Nasdaq Capital Market will take effect at the opening of business on November 19, 2019. The Company does not intend to request such hearing.
